With offices in Sun City Center, FL at the Payant Financial Plaza, and four other locations throughout central Florida, Catherine advises her clients regarding their individualized estate planning needs with a focus on avoiding probate and guardianship. Catherine was born in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and she is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Catherine obtained her law degree from Loyola University School of Law. Catherine is now actively involved in local and state bar committees, including Real Property, Probate & Trust, Trial Lawyers, Family Law, and Animal Law Sections of The Florida Bar. She is also a member of the 6th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “E”.
